About

A public desk for one dated statement.

Hermes Attest opened in 2010. The desk publishes the issuer’s supply, the custodian schedule, and the file an officer has signed and sealed. Readers open a report number. They do not open a data room.

What is published

  • The reporting minute, in UTC, and nothing after it.
  • Circulation after treasury and redeem wallets are taken out.
  • Cash and short-dated US Treasury bills, each with its account.
  • The officer’s signature, the red seal, and the hash of the file.

Every document report on this desk is secured with SHA-256. The digest is taken from the file bytes when the document arrives, and it is printed on the certificate.

What is not

  • A price, a yield, or a promise about the token after that minute.
  • The issuer’s operating cash. That money is not a reserve.
  • A number that has not been submitted. The register stays blank.
  • An independent audit opinion. The seal marks the desk’s own check.
